How to stay safe and well

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is still with us and can spread quickly. To help keep our families and communities safe, we all have to do our part.

Here are simple things you can do to stay safe:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow.
  • Keep a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people.
  • Wear a fitted face mask that covers your nose and mouth when leaving home.
  • Go to your medical check-ups.
  • If you feel sick, stay home. Don’t visit family or go to work.
  • Get tested if you have any symptoms and then go straight home.
